Lizzy Wizzy's most famous performance is easy to misremember as a Soulkiller story. In 2069 she ended a concert by ingesting a specially prepared poison that induced cardiac arrest. She was medically revived and underwent a full-body conversion, emerging in the chrome form associated with her later career.

That is extraordinary enough without adding an engram.

There is no documented Soulkiller capture in that event, no Mikoshi stage, and no Relic transfer. The continuity question is biological and cybernetic, not a copy-versus-original problem.

Why the archive keeps a false positive

Because this is the exact kind of mistake a damaged archive — or a reader — can make.

Soulkiller, Secure Your Soul, full-body conversion, Relic hosting, and ordinary medical resuscitation all sit next to one another in the same setting. They can look like one giant immortality technology if every dramatic return from death is filed under the same label.

It is more useful to keep the seam visible.

Lizzy Wizzy is not evidence that Soulkiller works at retail. She is evidence that Night City has several different technologies capable of making the word death less precise than it used to be.
